Celebrating Over 50 Years of the Yellow Submarine
In April 1968, the unique and very special Beatles movie “Yellow Submarine” played in cinemas, becoming one of their most famous works and a pop culture icon. Now, fifty years later, Apple Corps Ltd and Universal Music Group are re-releasing this movie, visually restored, and remixed in 5.1 surround sound. To celebrate this release, Project have collaborated with them to release this stunning limited edition turntable. This turntable comes with an iconic look and Project’s quality sound.
Not Just Looks!
The supplied cartridge comes again from Project’s long time partner, Ortofon. Ortofon have created a yellow Concorde cartridge, called Sonar, specially for this limited run turntable. The S-shaped aluminium arm adds a touch harmony to the sound. Special decoupling feet make sure that the turntable is always safely standing, and eliminate vibration for .
